Civil Dialogue was created to help people work together effectively, using constructive processes that facilitate listening, information sharing, planning, relationship building and/or collaborative problem solving.  
 
We work with public and private agencies, groups and individuals to design and convene meetings, workshops and public conversations that help people hear one another, learn together and develop shared outcomes that address the needs of the participants.  

Our services include public process design, meeting planning and facilitation, collaborative problem solving, situation assessments, communication training, mediation and conflict management.  We work with you to custom design processes that produce the outcomes you seek!
