CIVIL DIALOGUE - Communication with respect and resilience.
About Us

"If you bring the appropriate people together in constructive ways with credible information, they will create authentic visions and strategies for addressing the shared concerns of the organization or community. "

The "Collaborative Premise" stated above by David D. Chrislip and Carl Larson in their book Collaborative Leadership (1994) undergirds the work we do at Civil Dialogue.

Our principal, Mary Ellen Wolfe, has over 25 years experience working with NGOs, watershed groups, tribal governments, local, state and federal agencies to plan and conduct meetings, public forums, conferences, and planning sessions to achieve the goals and outcomes of the participating clients.

Whether the goal is building public  understanding of complex scientific and technical processes in a watershed, or developing alternatives and priorities for shared action, or  bringing diverse stakeholders and public agencies together to chart a collaborative course for future resource management, Mary Ellen works with you to develop a plan and process to meet your needs.

We'd love to have the opportunity to speak with you about your needs.  Contact us at: maryellenwolfe@imt.net or 406-209-6545.
